Todd, during training runs, hits the mitts, weight trains, and does water resistance training. When we started he could not touch his toes and barely run a block. Now he runs about 10 miles a week, has much more flexibility, feels great, and stays motivated.One of the things that he appreciates is that when we started that he could still walk the next day. Many personal trainers with lack of experience rush their clients and in the beginning and cause their clients to experience severe muscle discomfort.

Rob who after training in boxing for six months did one session with me and had seen a big difference in his punching power. After the second session he agreed to do this testimony. He really appreciates the amount of expertise and knowledge that I have.
